  • AFTER PURCHASE, EACH ONLINE CUSTOMER HAS 14 DAYS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEM(S)
  • AFTER PURCHASE IN-STORE CUSTOMERS HAVE 1 WEEK TO EXCHANGE PURCHASED ITEM(S)
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITIONS, TAGGING MUST BE PRESENT, ITEM MUST BE UNWASHED
  • EXCHANGES MUST BE EQUIVALENT IN COST, OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL DIFFERENCE
  • RETURN LABELS ARE ONLY PROVIDED IF THE ITEM RECIEVED IS THE INCORRECT ITEM OR DEFECTIVE
  • ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN, WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MONEY IN 5-15 BUSINESS DAYS
  • IF YOUR PURCHASE IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY WE WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK 
  • AN IN-STORE RETURN REQUIRES THE SAME CARD YOU MADE THE INITIAL PURCHASE WITH
